Lilac – Fragments of a Journey
This painting was inspired by my journey through Portugal, where moments of beauty seemed to appear around every corner. As I traveled, I photographed blossoms, light, textures, and landscapes that captured my attention, collecting memories that as I was on the road I was painting.
Rather than recreating a single scene, this painting is a composition woven from a few of those photographs and impressions. This became the perfect symbol of memory—how moments gathered along the way can bloom again
