Naamika – From Spirit to Matter is an independent artist, designer, and creator of original artworks, jewelry, and handcrafted products, combining product design and creative production.
As our products reach homes and businesses worldwide, we take great pride in creating each piece by hand, with meticulous attention to the quality of every product.
By using this site, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth below.

General

The site is intended for the purchase of original products and designs by Naamika, including jewelry made of 925 silver and 14K gold, original paintings, art prints, postcards, notebooks, and stickers.

All products are made with love, attention to detail, and in limited quantities.

All printed materials are handmade, slight variations in tone, color, or size may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes only, and actual items may vary slightly from those shown.

Naamika reserves the right to update prices, terms, and policies at any time without prior notice. Naamika is not responsible for the way of use of the purchased items by the clients incase they cause any harm to themselves or others.

Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed 24/7, except during maintenance or technical downtime.

Payment can be made securely by credit card or via Bit / PayBox using the QR code provided.

Completing an order constitutes a full commitment to payment for the selected products.

In rare cases where an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered either a full refund or an exchange.

Clients purchasing must be of minimum age of 18 yrs

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via postal service or door-to-door courier, as chosen by the customer at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on shipping provider and destination.

Delays caused by factors beyond the seller’s control (such as postal overload, strikes, weather conditions, or other external circumstances) do not constitute grounds for canceling a transaction.

Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you find yourself not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return within two weeks of your purchase date by contacting us directly with a photo of the item. Only after we have confirmed the item is in its perfect condition we will refund the item.

any cancellation of a purchase through the website is alongside the law of 1981 התשמ״א and may be canceled up until 14 days from purchase.

The item must be sent back in original packaging & original purchase receipt on the expense of the customer.

An item that has been used, worn, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and the refund/exchange will be refused. Refunds and exchanges do not include shipping and handling fees. Returns and exchanges must be sent in certified mail to the following address:

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

To request a refund, please send clear photos of the product from all angles while it is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

After inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received, provided all return conditions are met.

Products that have been used, damaged, or returned in violation of these terms will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Care and Responsibility

Every product is created with care and personal supervision. However, as all items are handmade, minor differences between pieces may occur.

The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, contact with water, perfume, or cleaning materials.

Jewelry should be stored in a closed box and kept away from humidity and high heat.

Limitation of Liability

Naamika – From Spirit to Matter shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products, including natural wear, environmental exposure, or misuse.
Use of the products is entirely at the customer’s own responsibility.

Commercial Use and Public Display

It is strictly forbidden to use, display, or reproduce any of Naamika’s artworks, jewelry, designs, or photographs for commercial, marketing, or public exhibition purposes, including digital platforms, galleries, or events, without prior written consent from the brand owner.

Moral Rights and Artistic Integrity

All artworks displayed are the unique creative expression of the artist, Naamika.
It is strictly prohibited to alter, edit, crop, remove signatures, or distort any work in any way that may harm the artist’s moral rights, as protected under the Copyright Law, 2007.

Intellectual Property – Designs and Creations

The designs, paintings, and jewelry created by Naamika – From Spirit to Matter are original artistic expressions that reflect the artist’s personal identity, style, and creative vision.
Each design, painting, or piece of jewelry – including its form, components, colors, composition, and presentation – constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Naamika – From Spirit to Matter.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, combine, adapt, or use any part of these designs or artworks, whether directly or as “inspired by,” without explicit prior written consent from the owner of the brand, Naamika.
Any unauthorized use, imitation, or derivative creation, even partial, shall be considered a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate legal action in accordance with the Copyright Law, 2007.

Copyright

All content – including text, photographs, designs, artworks, logos, and products – is the sole property of Naamika – From Spirit to Matter.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, publish, distribute, publicly display, modify, broadcast, or otherwise use any materials or products without explicit prior written and verbal approval from the owner of the brand, Naamika.
Any unauthorized use of the brand’s content or products constitutes a serious infringement of copyright and will result in immediate legal proceedings without prior notice.
